December 2, 20169 yr Author I think 11 weeks for 'Starboy' is getting a bit excessive frankly. Really surprised not to see Naughty Boy added this week, surely they're not going to snub him?
December 2, 20169 yr 11 weeks on the A list for Weeknd with another song on the A list. Overkill much? Just take off Starboy...Sometimes Radio 1 baffle me. Is next week the last new playlist before the freeze?

Is next week the last new playlist before the freeze? If past years are anything to go by then yes, next week will be the last one before Christmas, and then they'll do a new one on Boxing Day.
December 2, 20169 yr Sad that Saint Claude is out of the A-List. It's not surprising though, it wasn't doing anything chartwise and not really helping the album either. I hope that Tilted wasn't a one-off - we really need people like her to counteract a lot of the beige which is always in the charts.

Saint Claude nice, but there's no way it'd appeal to casual listeners that much. She should re-release iT now she's a name. That song's huge. Science Fiction would also be a good choice.
