The one's I've liked so far.

Sunshine - Very glad this become a hit.

Sexual - Decent but I got bored of it quickly.

Lock Doh - Amazing tune. Giggs had had such a succesful year, it would have been great if this could have reached the top 40 just to top it off.

The Sound - Utterly amazing from the 1975. This has won me over from them.

Fake Love - Brill song but it's been overshadowed by his other bigger and better songs from the year.

Indeed, she's quite the tunemaker

144. Drake - Fake Love

HATE MONTH - NOVEMBER[/b]

Yeah, I find this dreadul. The first of three Drake entries in my countdown, this was released out of nowhere in mid-October to great annoyance by myself, and it did pretty well in the charts! It's a really horrific rap track, where we see some typical relatable Drake lyrics and a simple beat which = a bland song :puke2:

Moving swiftly on...

The Right Song is great, really deserved higher in the charts :D

Catalyse & Perfect Strangers were both great tracks as well!

Also Please Tell Rosie :music: :cheer: Will definitely appear in my EOY!

ello again, glad you had a lovely Christmas!

Yeah, Drake is very relatable and he's one of those characters that you can't help but love. Glad he's getting SO much success at the moment

Was shocked at how much R1 hammered Friends, I know it's Kanye but he's really way past his sell by date now imo and the material is just not great. I liked it enough but nothing is electric as stuff like Monster and All of the Lights anymore :(

Store and The Right Song pretty underrated this year sadly :(

I think Friends has grown on me since it was pushed sadly too late to chart it :(

yaaaas at the 1975!! The Sound is such an awesome song! that and The Ballad of Me and My Brain are my faves off of their new album, although Chocolate is probably still my favourite overall  gonna have to have a listen to Jonas Blue because they seem to be popping up in a lot of people's list and I'm yet to here any songs  excited to see what else is gonna appear
Store is a really fun track! Carly's really delivered with the Emotion era although I must say, I prefer the Kiss album (ie. the Call Me Maybe era )

I could never get too into the Kiss album, although I did own the physical of it!

hey :D

Both of the tracks that you stated are really great tunes. I'm not sure you'll like Jonas Blue tbh, he's a tropical house producer, if you're into cheerful, upbeat dance, though, you'll probably get at least something out of him.

thanks ^_^

yeah, it was a shame neither of them were big-ish hits :(

:(, I would have expected you to chart it tbh, you and Radio 1 usually tend to have similar tastes :D

hey there Josh, thannks LD

Ikr, I hope that we see another long running #1 from him (maybe not 15 weeks tho :heehee:) in 2017.

Ah, I still love Kanye, not sure why tho :,) :P

137. 99 Souls ft Destinys Child & Brandy - The Girl Is Mine

LOVE MONTH - JANUARY

- I also enjoyed the WHTKD reworking of this song (you migt know that name by Say To Me, which is looking like it could be a hit in the coming months), but this version is so so good  It was great to see it become a hit, and I hope that this isn't the only hit we see from 99 Souls. Incase you didn't know, he also used Buzzjack to promote the track :D

136. Jonas Blue ft RAYE - By Your Side

LOVE MONTH - NOVEMBER

- I had really high hopes for this after the brilliant Perfect Strangers and Fast Car, and it definitely delivered. BJSC star RAYE provided some really nice summery vocals and the drop was what made one of the best tropical house tracks of the year. There's so much to love about this, very unusual for it to get a winter release but I've still been jamming hard to it! ^_^

135. Avicii & Conrad Sewell - Taste The Feling

LOVE MONTH - APRIL

- This is the song you'll have heard multiple versions of on the Coca Cola advert, such a massive tune! Conrad found fame on the huge Kygo song, Firestone, last year, and this was another cheerful banger that unfortunately flopped massively in the charts. It's a shame because I was sure it'd do well, it's certainly done well as a sleeper hit though.

134. Topic ft Nico Santos - Home

LOVE MONTH - JUNE

- I really expected this to do well in BJSC but it ended up coming last in my semi, lmao. Quite a haunting and different dance track with the unique vocals of Waterfalls star Nico Santos on, this was such a jam for me at the start of the summer and was a huge hit in Germany (I think) and Australia, somehow! Would have been lovely to see it cross over.

Happy New Year everyone, it was a year tomorrow that I posted my first ever chart and it's been a lovely year on Buzzjack! Hope you all enjoy your celebrations tonight and heres to another 12 months of amazing music! :D

Some good tunes here!

thanks ^_^

Happy New Year! ^_^

Hey mdh, Happy New Year! :D

By Your Side and The Girl Is Mine are both pretty good, and I love Taste the Feeling, Avicii's best in ages and Conrad never fails to deliver  I really hope he gets a long-overdue breakthrough as a solo artist soon, Hold Me Up could've at least done what September Song is doing right now if Radio 1 didn't snub it :drama:

Yes at 99 Souls and By Your Side are really good and I think that Avicii song is actually good too I thought it would get more of a push tbh :o
