I wonder if they are playing the long game with Matt Terry? If the song catches on, it could re-enter the charts next December, and the December after, and so on. Most Winner's singles have 6 weeks in the top 40, then they are gone forever.

I doubt this will be a Christmas classic which will be remembered much in years to come. It's quite dull actually and there is little personality in his voice.

Fingers crossed he can!

He will be pushed out next week with Xmas tracks etc I would say!

I like the idea of Little Mix preventing Zayn from getting top 10 this week with 'Shout Out To My Ex'!
Matt can't even do 65K in his winning CHRISTMAS single? Really lol. The competition was never THAT weak and he is still doing nothing. So happy, the wrong winner of course.

Louis Tomlinson, a member of One Direction couldn't do it.... nor the star power of Zayn/Taylor Swift.... does that say something about them as well ?

No? It's a movie soundtrack that's A which we all know how different it is. B - without Spotify it's sort of impossible for them also, and they have nothing to prove (At least her...) and he SHOULD have sell 60K (5K streaming at least?) for 4 days and 3M votes on the Finale this week. Sorry, it's really poor.

Louis? Yes. Also poor with X Factor performance and first single and bla bla bla but he's just bad so...

I know u have not sales info, but according to u all, how far could be robbie from #5 this week on albums?

thanks!

5K - 8K?

If Olly is more than 7k above Robbie he will overtake him in the YTD Sales - not a bad effort considering Robbie has one extra week of Sales.

Olly on "The One Show" last night, another boost for him.

Only that Taylor's dislike of streaming puts her at a significant disadvantage nowadays.

Zayn should have collaborated with Katy Perry instead. He would have managed a top 10.

I'm just surprised that Taylor would want to touch anything to do with One D with a bargepole...

Any chance Little Mix nab #2? And do you think SOTME is still Top 10 considering how quick it's falling on Itunes now?

Yesterday's Sales would indicate they still can, did they really sell more than 12k yesterday? Impressive if so.

Oh wow I hadn't thought it through, that is impressive if correct. :o

Little Mix sold 12.8k yesterday, whereas Rolling Stones sold 9.9k. If you consider the fact there'll be extra streaming up-weighed in and Little Mix's will be better, it looks very possible for Little Mix to climb back to #2.
