He swore an oath to protect the constitution and he has no idea whats in it, nor does he care. Even so, laws on gay rights etc. are decided at state level, not federal, so how would his appointment affect that?

They could call those rights unconstitutional, or take away federal protections meaning it goes on a state by state basis AGAIN, or make abortion illegal across the board etc

The system wasnt set up for democracy to allow a corrupt President and his corrupt Party from picking Supreme Court judge lackeys that can stop him getting prosecuted - it was supposed to protect democracy not kill it. That is what is happening. Meanwhile thousands of children get drug-injected lice-ridden and scarred from never seeing their parents again. The US constitution guarantees freedom, yet now gives none.

You literally said my convictions outweigh democratic votes. Hillary got 3 million MORE votes. Also it depends on WHAT the vote is, as tyranny by the majority is gross, hence why the US is actually a Republic and why civil rights shouldn't be up for a vote. And why our rights shouldn't be stripped away by a racist Brexit vote.

 

There were also NO RULES LAID DOWN FOR BREXIT BECAUSE OF ETONIAN STUPIDITY. In fact the only rule there was: that it was non-binding.

 

There are more protests than that. He should never have been invited, but he and the alt right far right vote suppressing court attacking ("enemies of thr perplerrrr") Tories are two sides of the same coin.

 

And yes I know why it was set up, but it is anachronistic and juet means that instead of focusing on California, they now focus on Ohio, but now Ohio's/ Wyoming votes count for twice as much as Californian votes.
