March 16, 20178 yr For clarification on the airplay charts, pop radio isn't the only one that matters. Loads of US hits are huge airplay hits from impacting Rhythmic, HAC or Urban and they all combine to the overall audience impact/airplay. Obviously Little Mix are only going to do anything on pop radio so that's where to focus but any act needs to see where they are overall too. For example Lorde is #22 on pop right now, but is only the 69th most heard song on radio. So Touch being #532 altogether means virtually nobody is hearing it.

They gotta do something to get radio stations to play them. What can they do?

March 18, 20178 yr Yesterday Touch gained 24 spins and today it gained 9. It could be #45 tomorrow as the song above is dropping fast.

March 19, 20178 yr This was played on Most/Total Requested Live again this week! Ended up getting a -5 update but the updates for most songs were low yesterday. Hopefully it's a 1 day aberration. Edited March 19, 20178 yr by Leonagwen
March 20, 20178 yr SOTME is still much higher on US iTunes, starting to think it was not a good idea to pull the plug on it.
March 21, 20178 yr Coming to the end of Q1 now and Touch is the 4th highest British single, should make it for a Brit nomination this year if it holds up.
March 21, 20178 yr If 2 of the songs above them are Ed, then he'll only get 1 nom right? They should 'hopefully' have the video award on lock for next year. Edited March 21, 20178 yr by shindymindy

March 21, 20178 yr They are already #4? Wow.. Not sure they'll keep it up but certainly hope so. They won't win, but then it'd at least be 2 nomination on lock
March 23, 20178 yr They are already #4? Wow.. Not sure they'll keep it up but certainly hope so. They won't win, but then it'd at least be 2 nomination on lock I reckon they will! It just so happens the four biggest releases of 2016 have been Ed 2x, Rag n Bone Man & Jax Jones. There's nothing in sight that I see dislodging it for months, perhaps maybe Clean Bandit, but I'm pretty sure we'll go into the second half of the year with 'Touch' still at about #5 in the list that will cancel out Galway Girl once that overtakes too.
March 23, 20178 yr New peak of #42 on radio. If it can sneak into the top 40, Program directors will take notice.
