Elated ofc as she's possibly my fave Corrie character ever but they ruined her and I can't see what there is for her to come back for. Knowing Kate Oates it'll be her and Peter have an affair again, but Peter ends up back with Toyah again afer leaving her for Carla :rolleyes:
Carla's exit was awful but the show's in a MUUUUCH better state now so I'm really quite excited about her return!
Actually I forgot about Johnny ending up as her real father, so at least she has a loose sort of family to slot into, it's not like a really random character coming back for no reason and having nowhere to fit.
I don't feel like the character has been rested long enough. I had always hoped she'd return and I kinda guessed it would be inevitable, but the amount of crap she had to endure in her last couple of years really drained the life out the character, so I'd have preferred it to be another year or two before she came back.
Knew she would be back. I always found her completly over rated by Corrie fans, i always found her style of acting as whiney.
