It’s kinda ironic that Chapter One was on the Syco label but was such a triumph both musically and lyrically. Maybe she should’ve stuck with them because the quality of her releases has declined since leaving them.

They dropped her!

Its great seeing Ella appear in the top 20 credited on 2 tracks at the moment, its just a huge shame these arent tracks from the album to help boost it, i wonder are the singles helping the album sell in anyway at all.
she us supporting the script at the moment on a huge arena tour! that will help shift a few copies
Hopefully that will help, she should bring the cds with her and do a signing while the people wait to get in, that would help sell a few copies although i know it would never happen.
^Well, Syco doesn't exist anymore, but don't think it has anything to do with Ella.

Ella has writing credits on both 21 reasons and crazy what love can which are now both official top 10 hits, for me it's crazy if they don't add these to the album and get the album a streaming boost.
I highly doubt the album would be anywhere near the top 100 even with streams being artificially boosted by tagging on those two songs. Same as with Calum Scott's album re: 'Where Are You Now'. Tagging on more recent hits only makes a difference if the album already has other songs that are still being streamed in decent numbers to begin with.

Ella will be happy if she can maintain the current level of success she is having.

While the hits are features and collaborations it has resulted with few big hits for her and a few Top 10 hits.

Let’s face it the album wasn’t very good and given the amount of time since Chapter One that was disappointing.

Im not sure what her preferred musical style is any more. Im not even sure she knows.

But whatever, she should be proud of her longevity and success. She’s dug things out with talent, being a real professional and being a likeable person.

And she’s only 26. She’s had a very interesting journey.

I agree she doesn't fully know her musical style but she has done well to still achieving some success with a very interesting journey. I expect a few more collabs will come.

It would help quite a lot though - you'd be surprised. If you added them onto the album, it would increase the streaming sales of the album quite a bit. Firstly it would make the streams of "Let's Go Home Together" (gets decent streams still) and "Brave" fully count, as "21 Reasons"/"Crazy What Love Can Do" would both be capped at the average of the 10 tracks following them instead. It would also kick out the two lowest streaming songs from the album's top 12 which, with the streams of "Let's Go Home Together" and "Brave", would increase the average streams quite a lot. Not to mention it would also help in the event of them pushing another single - "Ugly" in particular has done quite well compared to the other tracks of the album and if it got pushed as a single/got streaming support it would help out quite a bit.

Would it be enough to get the album back into the top 100? Maybe not. But it would increase its residual sales to the point it may have a shot of a silver certification in the long run - especially if they push another single.

I'm sure she has some more collabs in the pipework as well, which may become hits in the future. She could always do what Mabel and her team did and continually add more songs onto the album as they are released.

She def needs to do what Mabel did and Becky Hill.

But it doesn’t mean anything? It doesn’t help to generate either any notable sales, streams or money for the label and having the fake presence in the album charts doesn’t help anything for future releases, as seen with Mabel

To a certain extent it does. Having hits tagged onto the album increases the likelihood of people checking the album out, which may indirectly increase streams of other songs on the album. Maybe even indirectly leading to some people buying the album. Then of course there's the advertising of the album and/or tour, which becomes more appealing to people if they think they may get to hear a number of hits sung. And advertising/branding of Ella herself. It's better on paper if Ella's album gets a silver or gold certification and has longevity.

Of course it doesn't guarentee anything for future releases, but overall would think it has some positive impact.

The should def give one more song a push from this album and then re-release digitally with the dance hits.

They should definetely add the 2 tracks to the streaming version of the album NOW they should have done it ages ago

But if I werw the label, id also re-release the album on cd and digitally with those 2 added
