^agree 1000%, for someone OBSESSED with classifying every song, he gets like 50% totally wrong, saying Rather Be is RNB is the most ridiculous statement ever. Period.

pretty excited if Julia Michaels is on, she's a great songwriter so I guess she has contributed to writing the song too, could be a great collab, sure better than Sam Smith

Preview of this in on Clean Bandit's Instagram! Click here to listen. It doesn't give too much away but I'm looking forward to hearing the full thing, I can't at a 10 day wait between official announcement and release though 👀 especially as it's been a year since "Rockabye" now! Hoping an album is coming in January.
If they'd released it in late Nov/early Dec it could have been a Xmas #1 contender for them again (if it's decent) That said, Rockabye was deep into its chart run when it was #1 at Xmas but the chart landscape is quite different with ACR now.

It still could really, it'll only be about 7 weeks or so into its chart life by the time Christmas comes around!

And an appearance on NOW 98 could give the song quite a big boost but I doubt it will appear seeing as “Symphony” was released a week before the NOW 96 tracklist and never got an appearance on there
They've posted a third clip of the song today (presumably the drop) that sounds a lot better than the previous two. Listen on their Instagram.
Don't know what to think about that, it does sound better than the Tears & Symphony drops and it could well grow on me, but I'm just craving for that sound they had on their first album :(
