I can't believe they've been axed.

 

The directors need to stop axing popular characters in hope of a ratings increase! Look at the mess of Ronnie and Roxy!

Im disappointed slightly but at least one of the axing, the youngest of the two!!I really do think there are many others who should have been axed before them. I would think there is more axings to come. The show needs huge changes and i suspect John Yorke knows this all too well.

You most certainly are not! I think she has really hit a wall, she had some brilliant storylines like the child abuse and the stuff with Rob, but since Bianca left she's been plateauing just in the same generic romance and pregnancy storylines and background scenes, she seems to be one of those characters they like to tease with happiness just to make her miserable again in the end but that doesn't work like it did for Ronnie for example. She was absolutely hideous to Lee and is pathetic around Mick, I'm so so bored of her Stepford Wives shit, she has to have everything perfect and god forbid Lee DARES to have depression and ruin it by not making £100k a year to fund her glamorous lifestyle. It's a shame because Shona McGarty is a fab actress but they've absolutely butchered the character. I think it would be a nice ending if she moved to Watford with Woody, and they took over Elaine's pub as she took an early retirement due to her health scare or sth, and they could run it off screen.

How could I forget Whitney? I really hope she gets binned, the character has become utterly repulsive despite Shona being one of the better actresses.
