I am hoping the iTunes picks back up again.

Mollie on Brunch should be a good interview as always, I'll watch it later

I wonder if she'll even have time for a radio tour this time around. This has only gotten one spin on Heat -- I'm guessing it was premiered there?

'Back To You' got premiered on Radio 1, Capital and the video was premiered on Lorraine.

I don't know why but I expected it to do better than what it's doing on iTunes, I'm rather disappointed that it's already as low as #111 on iTunes.

I knew about neither of these. I did expect a premiere on Radio One at least - regardless whether they'd have played it after that or not after BTY was premiered there. I'm interested as to what promo they've got lined up now after This Morning and Sunday Brunch haven't worked wonders

I honestly don't think they'll bother promoting this song.

The best option is for them to reduce it to 59p and hope that it climbs back top 100 on iTunes then maybe attempt some promotion.

Only 11,594 Spotify plays in the last 24 hours so not doing much there at all. Yeah, they need to do something.
Just noticed Mollie is the featured artist (her picture is in the cover photo) for the Future Hits playlist and Hair Down is featured on both the Future Hits and Hits playlists. BTY got the same treatment.

Might have had a total 180 on this. It's a MESS but the kind of mess I need in my life

Aaron Taylor Johnson being her choreographer tho.

Wait what - she had a choreographer for THIS? How hard is it to tell someone to flip their hair?

BEST JOB EVER aye :arrr:

The song is catchy but I am not sure if I like her voice or not!

Welcome to Buzzjack!

So this didn't enter any chart, not even the Scottish chart. They have some serious work to do. She has done a small scale radio tour this week and this was added to the Starz TV playlist but this doesn't have much else going for it right now.

Are you a fan of The Saturdays or are you just following the girls solo?

I'm sure Back To You didn't get listed on Starz TV so at least that's some progression, eh?

Down to 721 on iTunes now, mess :drama:

How big is Heat? They spun Hair Down twice tonight.

Not that big - to my knowledge, R1, R2, Heart and Capital are the main ones to watch out for over here in the UK.

Even if she'd released something like Hello by Adele she won't get success. It's all about profile rather than the music.

Her label can't afford things like Hot Hits Uk on Spotfiy and Capital radio deals, it's too much of a risk.

I'd say Radio 1 and Capital are the two that are important for single success these days.

Radio 2 and Heart sort of appeals to the older audience that aren't as inclined to get into the new way of buying singles such as streaming and even downloading. Still, Rick Astley had heavy Radio 2 support and he basically got a Platinum album out of it, despite only having one single off the album chart at #127.

Can this hurry up and get it's rightful place at number 1 please?

Such a guilty pleasure. So cringe but a f***ing bop!!

I know right? I can tell I'm gonna be an absolute mess if I hear this out *.*

God, I feel like I haven't been here for ages. :heehee:

Well, as one would expect of me, I love it.
