August 17, 20177 yr I never said or pretended it was lmao. So nobody on the internet can say anything bad about Jemma but she's a queen for being nasty and aggressive? My issue isn't with her language as that would be hypocritical, it's the way she taes joy in when Sarah, Paul or whoever feels bad and that to me is bullying when it's constant, she doesn't deserve a single kind word the way she has treated Sarah and to a lesser extent Paul, however much I dislike the latter. If she can tear Sarah down constantly 24/7 and it's "just being honest!1!" I'm sure she can handle people on the internet doing the same calling her out on her evident lack of class .

Fair enough if that's the way you think but how is Sarah any better? She knows exactly what she's doing with Chad and some of the things she said to Jemma were just as vile (I won't get started on Tuesday's highlights show) but still makes CBB into the Sarah Harding self pitying show, I swear most of the show tonight was her wallowing
August 17, 20177 yr If I was in Sarah's shoes, I'd be wallowing just as much as her. It's horrible to see the way Jemma is towards her! Sarah's not an angel of course but most of the time she's just reacting to what Jemma or others have said to her. In a different group of housemates, she'd undoubtedly be more fun and less tearful. The "cheating" thing... I'm still confused by the whole thing and hopefully Emma and/or Rylan get her to clarify in her exit interview.

Even before Jemma/Chad she was mostly like that though  Maybe I'm not being clear enough here idk, I really did come in wanting to like Sarah and I generally did back in GA days and of course she could just be going through a tough time but she's been so disappointing :(
August 17, 20177 yr The more I watch the more I feel Sarah shouldn't even be in the house, I don't think she should even really be in there  I'm pretty sure they don't do the psych tests now for CBB like they used to, for example Kerry Katona and Daniella Westbrook both failed in the C4 series but ofc appeared later. Not to sound like an armchair psychologist because we don't know the whole story, but surely they chck and these things get flagged up? See also Gary Busey, he should NOT have been in that series either. I know if it's that bad she'd walk but it's so uncomfortable to watch. Maybe she set herself a sort of personal challenge to stick it out and show herself she can do it. It was clear she'd struggle from the start really but it isn't helped by Jemma being there and acting like she is. I'd be the same with that on at me 24/7, not to say it's right because it's not, Sarah has handled herself awfully a number of times.
August 17, 20177 yr I agree people are trying to compare Sarah's possible treatment of a supposed boyfriend outside to Jenna's behaviour and that's a bad comparison!
August 17, 20177 yr Remember, Bear won and had cheated on his girlfriend and that was serious. Stephanie came 2nd and she cheated on her boyfriend which was also serious. They both had sex on TV (pretty much) as well. Sarah has been dating for 4 weeks and has only kissed someone. I think people need to get a grip really. If you're not okay with that and are okay with Jemma's constant taunting and bullying, then you need to have a word with yourself. Edited August 17, 20177 yr by Jack

I'll catch up after the holiday if it sort of goes the way it should and justice is served to the nasty people in there.
August 17, 20177 yr I'll keep whatever opinion I have to myself then :) Just FYI, I never said Jemma was in the right, nor did I blame everything on Sarah. They are just the most entertaining of a very very lame bunch. *micdrop*
August 17, 20177 yr I'm finding this a fascinating series to watch, a different reason to watch than other series. It's felt like one of the most natural series in a while, as frictions grew because of the housemates themselves rather than tasks or tweets etc (although I know they've added a couple of those tasks over the past few days). Normally I can't wait for the summer CBB to end because I just get series fatigue after it being the third batch of housemates in a year but I'm disapointed the final is next week! I think the Sarah v Jemma dynamic is really interesting. I mean I DETEST Jemma, she is and always will be the definition of trash but Sarah has not been an angel in there either. It's just interesting to see when neither side is in the right, how that plays out and how the other housemates may react to that. It means that evictions can become exciting again. My jaw was dropping as the tables turnwd on Tuesday's eviction (even though I hate seeing Jemma get that support) and they could easily turn once again. The only thing is that I agree that I don't think Sarah is psychologically capable to be in the house. She's had her problems in the past and I don't think she coped well in those first few days as she was settling in which sort of created this divide between her and the rest of the house. She's sort of acted like a child at various points throughout and I just don't think the experience has been good for her. The public vote sort of went to her head as well, rather than giving her the support she initially needed, and it meant she thoight she could get away with anything.
August 17, 20177 yr Also, this murder mystery task looks amazing and like the first proper task they've done in like flrever. (although the bubble task of last year is still a fave)

I get people finding the dynamic interesting, because it is the only notable thing going on in there really  When people say they don't agree with either but find it interesting to watch, I get it, I just don't agree because I'm burned out when it comes to this series. What I don't get is the wave of people filling my Twitter timeline saying Sarah is an irrelevant past it druggie whore and Jemma is an iconic queen... Just because she's the only one bar Sarah who's really doing anything doesn't make her an icon, it certainly doesn't when she's possibly the closest to Helen Wood we have ever had. I just don't get how people can totally slate Sarah but shove themselves up Jemma's arse, to me that's as blind as I'd feel if I kept on adoring Sarah and defending her til kingdom come when she's done wrong. For me mostly it is what myself and Klaus both said about Sarah not being in a good place or the right mindse to cope in the house. It's just so uncomfortable to watch Jemma being nasty enough to revel in it, I personally don't find it entertaining at all although I am interested in how it finishes up. I'm away next week so will probably just drop out then and watch the final as I get home just after it on Friday night.
August 17, 20177 yr Also, this murder mystery task looks amazing and like the first proper task they've done in like flrever. (although the bubble task of last year is still a fave) I know right! The concept is really interesting and it's nice to see something fun going on instead of constant drama.
August 17, 20177 yr Paul's completely overreacted tbh. Similar comment to what Sandi gave Brandi and she never kicked off.
August 17, 20177 yr I do hate how the sheer MENTION of a family member sends people completely over the top. It's just Paul, it happens with everyone (e.g. it led to Lotan's removal). I get it if they were slagging them off, but just passing a neutral statement (in regards to the family member) should not lead to such overreactions.
August 17, 20177 yr I haven't watched the episode but I saw the Paul vs Jemma argument - and both were in the wrong, Paul overreacted but Jemma is goading and pushing his buttons on purpose. She has picked on Paul and Sarah on purpose as they're obviously the most unstable, and is manipulated everyone, including the public into thinking they are worse people than she is somehow! Very nice, intelligent girl with a lot of morals shouting 'c**t' at people - this is your winner!
August 17, 20177 yr Trisha has commented that "drug sharing" is going on in the house... Probably isn't that much truth in it as it would be a complete violation of the show's rules... but not gonna lie when Chad was in the toilet during last night's episode I genuine thought he was doing coke  Edited August 17, 20177 yr by lewistgreen
