WW is working really well for along with the boxing.

 

 

I worked with a guy who uses the WW plan , he had tried just about everything without success but WW has been great for him & he has kept the weight off ....

I think he can eat a little of what he likes as long as he sticks to the points system, so maybe that's the key . It would do my head in but it works for some folk so has to be recommended ..

He said that when he wore that silver jacket to Ayda's birthday party, that it was looser than when he wore it last year and he was really happy about that.

 

So it must be working for him.
