I reckon Never be the same again and I turn to you will have sold more than anything of Emma's has in any sales update... possibly Northern Star too although, I reckon WTYSL will has sold more than that.Well I guess we will never know unless Jay sleeps with whoever is the newest intern at Universal and hacks the computers!!!

Friday at 14:192 days Author Had a go at some estimations for the 200k+ selling singles:535,200 - Never Be the Same Again528,700 - It's Raining Men479,000 - I Turn to You417,700 - Out of Your Mind410,600 - Mi Chico Latino362,400 - Lift Me Up344,500 - Look at Me329,800 - What Took You So Long?276,000 - Bag It Up246,600 - What I Am242,400 - Northern Star237,700 - I Want You BackI could be wrong re: Never Be the Same Again overtaking It's Raining Men. It's Raining Men figure is based on the average weekly sales between 2017 and 2020, but Never Be the Same Again is based on more recent figures - 2021 and 2022. It doesn't seem like we should imminently expect either song to go Platinum though. Maybe within the next 5 years. It's likely we'll see those two go Platinum before any of the singles chasing Gold status though. Lift Me Up might not manage it until the 2040s(!), but interestingly What Took You So Long, despite likely still being well behind LMU in total sales currently, should go Gold earlier than Lift Me Up, some time in the 2030s seeming likely. I don't think we should realistically ever expect to see Bag It Up and below ever going Gold. The interesting thing about Look at Me is that it was certified Gold in 1999 for 400k+ shipments. If that had never happened and we were waiting for it to get Gold based on sales... it might have done it in time for its 50th anniversary(!).All a bit depressing...!
Friday at 23:482 days Waaaaaaaait a minute, was that Melanie C's NBTSA outselling anything of Emma's on that list? 🧐 ☠️ 😂
Saturday at 12:252 days I'd love to really know how much have Spice25 and Spiceworld25 sold beyond the first week sales?...It is WILD to me that the CDs are on sale for £40 each on HMV after all these years ☠️ like, surely this is quite a lot for people to randomly buy copies?... HMV is still a very popular store across the UK, why not reduce the price to affordable prices so that more people buy them and the sales trickle up?

( !)Some of the under 200k ones mostly only have 2017 and 2020 totals to work out most recent estimates from, it could end up being so inaccurate to how they're actually selling. But I'll try with a few of them. ^_^
1 hour ago1 hr Jay and Spiceboy just don't want to accept that Maybe and Crickets Sing for AnaMaria have surpassed I Turn To You's total sales since being re-released on streaming last year and are on track to surpass When You're Gone by the end of next year. I know two rats when I see them!
1 hour ago1 hr Author A handful of singles I can work something out from:Word Up - 82,550 [up from 79,930] (+2,620)Tell Me - 113,520 [up from 110,594] (+2,926)Feels So Good - 151,730 [up from 145,433] (+6,297)Not Such an Innocent Girl - 98,840 [up from 93,000] (+5,840)Free Me - 58,680 [up from 57,245] (+1,435)Maybe - 98,870 [up from 88,848] (+10,022)I'll Be There - 41,640 [up from 40,672] (+968)Here It Comes Again - 43,810 [up from 42,006] (+1,804)On the Horizon - 25,950 [up from 24,052] (+1,898)For the most part, those are painfully low updates! Bearing in mind these are increases after 5 years & 2 months. Wannabe tends to get between 3,500 to 4,000 sales per week, to put it into perspective. The sad truth is that a lot of these songs are entirely forgotten about by the public and aren't on decent playlists. It would be nice if NSAIG and Maybe can at least pass 100,000 in total (if they've not done so already).Sadly I don't think there's much likelihood in another solo Spice song getting silver certified. Feels So Good is the closest, but it may only be getting approximately 1,200 sales a year. At the current rate that means it would take another 40 years to reach 200,000 lol.

I could see them both being over 100,000 already but who knows... Victoria will never do anything about it, although I do think that Emma - if she still has the record labels and managements that were announced last year behind her - could get Maybe on a few playlists and get it to tickle more sales that way... If she indeed decides to do anything music-related, I could see Maybe getting a few boosts as well...Lets see...
