September 3, 20177 yr Thanks. Good Luck with your new forum. Hope your Taylor Swift community will have as much fun as we've had here on the Darius one making and strengthening friendships and getting to know the man and his music better. Congratulations to Taylor on her first number one. Thanks! Yep she's slaying atm *.* I hope you all get on well in Retro, I have been a detractor of this forum but I obviously don't want to drive anyone off this site, and there is no denying this is a close knit community.

I hope you have changed your mind recently seeing how it has shown it can be very active in its last week while also staying on topic. :D I am glad Taylor is doing well, UltraReputation in particular has a real talent for making threads that are very popular on there!
September 4, 20177 yr I still think switching this with thr Nicki subform here would work better tbh and keep everyone happy
September 4, 20177 yr I think many on this forum will agree, while it undoubtedly iconic, it wasn't one of his best covers. As Nigel Lythgoe said he did overegg the cake! But it has the biggest chance of winning for him lbh with the novelty voters like me!
September 4, 20177 yr It is not all about winning and I really think Darius and his fans are fed up of that clip being shown and laughed at.
September 4, 20177 yr Darius is not a novelty. He's got one of the most versatile voices in the UK. He's moved smoothly from Pop Star, to sought after West End leading man, swing/jazz in LA and the UK and he's done something Kathryn'Jenkins etc never have - a full lead role in a professional opera production. The constant harping back to 3 minutes when he was 19 has been an unnecessary millstone and masked his undoubted talents which finally seem to be recognised.
