So we've had comparisons between Chris Brown & Cheryl Tweedy which is stupid. And now Taylor Swift.

OMG!!!

Honestly her show was really interesting, and the songs are above average! I'm glad she's doing so well, she has more talent than most of the TOWIErs put together I imagine. Megan's also been on XF and BGT (reaching the live semis) prior to her Ex on the Beach venture for those unaware.

Does it really matter what she is like as a person?! Just look at the personalities of some of the biggest stars - Chris Brown, Taylor Swift etc ...

The music is good and that's all that matters imo, it's hardly like we get much county music in the charts so it's strange that it would bother anyone really.

It's an exaggeration to say it bothers me, just find it funny remembering what she was like on those shows. Especially when you can relate it to people in your own life!

Probably won't ever hear the song anyway, but fair play if it brings some diversity to the chart.

That clip above is horrific - but I saw her on Loose Women (not by choice lol) and she actually came across as a nice girl. Can't stand all the programs she's been associated with though

"High Heeled Shoes" is actually good and seems like well-deserved success :o

She has 600k Twitter followers, I wonder what lead they can give her?
The other track is good too. Who'd have guessed? Maybe if these are successful then it paves the way for Shania's album to smash

I wasn't really responding to you, mostly Dan.

Glad she's doing well, she was so likeable on her show and I really thought she wouldn't even crack Top 100 so to see her like this is amazing! Would be amazing if she somehow even got a Top 40 hit out of either of the songs.

Oh my, I did not expect this to be happening :o

The other track was co-written by a Grammy-nominated songwriter who I forgot the name of but she had access to good people for her show and subsequent songs!

She wasn't nice at all on CBB

I didn't think she was nasty really, just a bit over the top in her tantrums but I found that funny.

Wow I can't believe the Essex girl is at number one! I wonder if this would have happened if iTunes sales were at 2012/13 levels now?
I have NO idea who she is, I don't watch any of those shows, but it's nice to see Country music in the charts again. Good country at that.

This was even more outrageous

I was expecting a bit more from the songs.. It's like a weird "country" that isn't good enough. Just OK.
