My only advice is that you should pay close attention to my initial post and what the job we want you to do is. That's the criteria we are hiring against. So we're not looking for a stats mod, were not looking for someone to do the bulk of the veto research, were replacing our spin off mod. Our mod team isn't really like the others across the forum. Over and above the typical day to day stuff there are specific areas of responsibility that we all have. So we want someone to take on our spin off role within our team.
