£23.50 I mean everyone says that back then it was a lot more money than it is today but it’s still not a patch on what they charged this time round! Miss the days when it wasn’t ridiculously expensive to go to concerts, I only go see my favourites now where’s I would see so many more were the prices more reasonable.
Mel B released her single For Once in My Life 7 years ago today! :o

Such a shame she couldn't get a proper label interested in her third album - it did seem like she recorded a lot of interesting tracks post-LA State of Mind. I suspect she became a bit too obsessed with "making it" in the US and put all her effort there instead of markets that might've been interested.

Tell Me is a total BOP and completely underrated. Is it her best song? No. But it was funky and cool, I think.

The video was excellent too. In fact when it comes to videos, Mel (almost) never dissapointed.

Wish she had done it live a few times, instead of miming it all. But otherwise, an underrated Spice classic.

Tell Me is OK but all wrong as album launcher.

Feels So Good definitely was the right choice to launch, Virgin felt the same Mel B however wanted Tell Me.

I did really like 'Tell Me' at the time briefly, but it's not something that I've paid any real attention to since the year 2000.

'Feels So Good' on the other hand though...

I wonder what up-to-date UK figures are for Hot.

Total Sales: 53,676 [source: BuzzJack] (8th May 2020) by the wonderful Jay

Doubt it has sold any more than that since then to be honest...

It would be great if a few of us could stream the album or download this week to celebrate?

great idea! I will get my Mel B on :cheer:
