I tend to agree that Spice World is a better album overall, but that is ONLY because Mama and Wannabe are in Spice - two songs that really damage its quality for me.

Anyway, happy that it is still charting today

‘2 Become 1’ has reached 200 million streams on Spotify - this is their 4th song to achieve this after Wannabe, Stop and Say You’ll Be There 🥳

  • It's finally done it 100,027,451 Now we need Viva Forever to do it! 94,925,782 at the moment, so 5,074,218 to go. Say You'll Be There (185,185,702) is getting quite close to overtaking 2 Become 1 (

Last time lover as well (not here for the Wannabe hate though!). To be honest I like all the songs on the album but:

All 10/10

- Wannabe

- Say you'll be there

- 2 become 1

- Who do you think you are

All 9/10

- Love thing

- Something kinda funny

- Naked

All 8/10

- Mama

- If u can't dance

5/10

Last time lover

While Spiceworld

All 10/10

- Spice up your life

- Stop

- Too much

- Never give up on the good times

- Do it

- Denying

- Viva forever

All should be 10/10 but I'll say 9.5/10

- Saturday nights divas

- Move over

Spiceworld is vastly superior.

I think this week is highly likely to be its best ever showing on streaming! It’s definitely a shame that the label didn’t restock the CDs, that’s ultimately what will hinder it from a great chart position on Friday. Who would have ever thought it would be physicals that would ever let the Spice Girls down?

Edit: Thankfully the CD is now back in stock on Amazon!

I've actually joined Spotify (although not as a paid member) and have been streaming the GH. Didn't realise you could stream music for free I've been listening to all sorts that I am curious about but don't want the album!

GH STILL AT #1

Spice #38

Spiceworld #42

Forever #81  :cheer: :funky: :yahoo: :w00t:

Like, I know that is probably less than 500 copies between them all, but STILL it is nice to see all the albums in the chart!

It's awesome seeing them back at #1 on some kind of chart (kinda like I celebrated Melanie C getting to #1 on physicals with Anymore  - thank god it got somewhere on something haha).

Also it really shows their power when you think Westlife also had a big comeback announcement a few weeks ago and tickets sold out really fast for them too, yet none of their albums got to #1 on itunes, let alone 3 in the top 40 at one point and 4 in the top 90. It's a real testament to them regardless of how low sales are right now. I just hope they are doing well on streaming too fingers crossed.

Is there anyway to see the streaming chart?
