#1 album in the UK after shifting 103k, including an impressive 16k on vinyl, As You Were is the debut album from Oasis frontman Liam Gallagher.

Really great album; a much 'glossier' sound compared to Oasis' 90s material, but still full of catchy, sing-along anthems. Slightly Beatles-inspired in places too which I like (see 'Paper Crown' for example). Thinking of purchasing this on vinyl tomorrow.

Standard Edition

01. Wall of Glass

02. Bold

03. Greedy Soul

04. Paper Crown

05. For What It's Worth

06. When I'm In Need

08. I Get By

09. Chinatown

10. Come Back to Me

11. Universal Gleam

12. I've All I Need

Deluxe Edition

13. Doesn't Have to Be That Way

14. All My People / All Mankind

15. I Never Wanna Be Like You

My brother has been spamming this a lot in the car and I've decided that my favourite is 'Doesn't Have To Be That Way' can't believe that's just a bonus track!

From what I've heard so far a massive step in the right direction after the hit and miss that was Beady Eye. Still prefer Noel's stuff overall at the moment but I'm going to have a full listen through of "As You Were" soon.
really? amazed anyone can like this, it's like bad copies of old oasis songs, at least noel covers ricky martin :D
