#30. Avicii feat. Rita Ora - Lonely Together

Returning on top form with an EP this year, and an unlikely pairing, Avicii teamed up with Rita on this catchy track!

#29. TCTS - Icy Feet

Another song that started out life as an instrumental before a vocal mix surfaced not too long afterwards, but once again the instrumental trumps the vocal with the fabulous offering from TCTS.

28. Jonas Blue feat. William Singe - Mama

His only output this year, but a great one, continuing that established tropical vibe.

27. Katy Perry feat. Nicki Minaj - Swish Swish

Co-written and co-produced by Duke Dumont? Yes please *.* Katy slayed us this year with a proper house bop, more of this please.

#26. Martin Jensen - Solo Dance

It feels like this song has been around forever, but it doesn't sound tired at all. Martin Jensen took that over-used tropical sound and ran with it to produce one of the catchiest dance tracks of the year.

Totally agree with you that the original of Icy Feet is milesss better than the vocal version :music:

#25. Kideko feat. Tinie Tempah & Becky G - Dum Dum

It's the vocal mix that wins over instrumental in this next battle here, with Tinie Tempah and Becky G bringing pure fire to Kideko's 'Dum Dum'.

#24. Rag'n'Bone Man - Human (Rudimental Remix)

One of my playlist's longest runners, Rag'n'Bone Man has had a fantastic year and his debut onslaught onto our ears was remixed into a D&B banger by Rudimental.

#23. Sonny Fodera feat. Alex Mills - Always Gonna Be

Pure, stunning house.

#22. Black Saint - Could You Love Me?

A slow build into a saxy house track which has become a firm favourite of mine.

#21. Zara Larsson - I Would Like (Gorgon City Remix)

The original is a great track, but Gorgon City give it that slight house-y lift to turn this into an absolute bop.

Alway's Gonna Be and Could You Love Me? are both absolute tunesss :music:

Solo Dance is just sublime, it's one of my favourite ever tropical house songs now even though it was quite late into the game!

Could You Love Me is a really great deep house track, I actually prefer Never Did This Before now however.

After producing my favourite album of 2016, Dusky returned with their euphoric house vibes to release this stunning track.

The original track is impressive, but this remix turns it into something special. Absolutely adore those carnival vibes!

#18. Patrick Topping - Be Sharp Say Nowt

A late inclusion, but one that had to be featured! An amazing house tune from Patrick Topping who takes strong female vocals, chops them up and layers them over some incredible production.

#17. Cheat Codes feat. Demi Lovato - No Promises

Bop and a half right here, which was a bit of a slow burner to begin with, but became an absolute fave with a fantastic drop and great vocals from Demi and Trevor.

#16. Jax Jones feat. RAYE - You Don't Know Me

Jax Jones has had an impressive year and it all started back at the end of 2016 when this crossed over to become a great success. Fantastic use of sample here and the song itself is such an earworm that it just had to be included.

"You Don't Know Me": I loved this song from when I first heard it and I still love it now! Great that Jax Jones has become popular!

"No Promises": Decent song, not Demi's best song though.

Sampling En Vogue to bring us a great house track, James Hype has definitely been on point this year.

#12. Duke Dumont & Gorgon City feat. NAATIONS - Real Life

A dream collaboration right here and it certainly delivered with some proper house beats and a great emoji-driven video.

#11. Clean Bandit feat. Zara Larsson - Symphony

Just missing out on the Top 10 is Clean Bandit's first release for 2017 which uses their stunning classical electronic production to portray a song about love.

No Promises is fantastic!! Trevor and Demi's voices mix together so well actually, glad it was a hit on both sides of the pond.

Symphony and both Jax tracks are fantastic too, nice one Lewis :D

My favourites are Lonely Together, Mama, Swish Swish, Solo Dance, Human, No Promises, You Don't Know Me,17, Instruction, More Than Friends, Real Life and Symphony.
Love all of those 5  my fave out of them is probs Real Life, wish it could have been a bigger hit but at least it made top 40

just catching up again, so many bangers here there'd be too much to comment on if I tried!

in particular though it's great to see Sonny Fodera nice and high here, good to have a few fans of that song on the forum.

Alone, Swish Swish (nice to see finally someone getting the song in the chart, the video is awesome), No Promises, Instruction and Symphony are nice :yahoo:
