Great movements for some great Xmas songs this week - yas for The Pogues going up to #7 (higher than the mids IIRC), hope they have a chance at top 5 in the next couple of weeks, also great to see Band Aid closing in on the top 10, Brenda/Shaky getting new digital era peaks, Elton getting a new peak in the top 20, Chris Rea also getting a new peak, Slade top 30, John & Yoko top 40 (can't believe this is only the second time in the digital era and the last time was only barely, it's surely one of the most played on the radio!) and Bing Crosby and SIR Sir Paul McCartney also top 40 :wub: It is also nice to see Leona finally returning to the top 40 as a decent new addition to the Christmas classics canon, hope Coldplay join her next week.
