Hello! Last.fm tells me that this year was the most I've listened to music since 2013 so I'm celebrating this renaissance by sharing what I've enjoyed the most. No countdown or graphics though, I'm just posting straight up. Apologies for the relative lack of effort but it would make me happier for you to go search out for wonderful stuff on this list that tickles your fancy rather than ogle at graphics. Graphics that I'm incapable of creating, incidentally.

 

Also this is very much about what I've been listening to this year rather than what's been released this year. Music here dates back to the 70s. I have at least made sure that the tracks and albums are new to me, so I haven't included the music that I've rekindled my love for.
