Not only that, one hit wonder from two years ago.

I love how Dancing On My Own spent 15 weeks in the Top 10, only just leaving the Top 40 this time last year, yet it’s widely hated by everyone :lol:

 

You Are The Reason is basically a better DOMO (and isn’t that bad really) but I still won’t be touching the album.

I am actually rather looking forward to this!

He has struggled to get a hit besides DOMO. You are The Reason needs a music video...

Tiësto has remixed the current single.

I'm looking forward to this, Followed him since his BGT audition due to being local Hull lad and saw him supporting Emeli Sande he got a good reception, one of the best I've seen for a support act.

You Are The Reason is now B List on Radio 2 this week. AND there's a new version with Leona Lewis coming soon *.*

 

 

I think he also has a collab on Don Diablo's album this friday :o

'Give Me Something' is actually a bop!

 

The whole album is surprisingly decent tbh!

Had it on this morning a couple of play throughs while got ready, I like it, its a decent album liking 'If Our Love Is Wrong' and 'Give Me Something'.

 

He's doing a live performance and signing at my local HMV tomorrow, I was tempted to go but the mother in law needs visiting for mothers day and she doesnt live local

I don't get how they didn't choose 'Give Me Something' as a single. I reckon 'You Are The Reason' (complete with Leona remix) as a single over Q4 (surely woulda been huge at that time of year?) And then GMS in the lead up to the album/in place of YATR atm.

 

But yeahhhh... Liking this album on first listen.

'You Are The Reason with Leona Lewis is a stunning ballad that deserves to be a big hit.

 

That said, it was welcoming to see his album placed in the top 5 in the midweek album chart.

Loving this album - Give Me Something and What I Miss Most are my highlights - and I just love him!

Remains number 4 today but he is on track to open with double figures and i am thrilled for him.

 

I really only expected a low top 40 debut for him so the performance so far is wonderful.
