I guess time will tell for IYLE (how it's not announced as an official single yet, I have NO idea) but I'm pretty confident it'd finish in a similar position as to what it is in this one (save for a storming new single this year ofc)

So the first song we say goodbye to as we enter the top 10 is top 53 Spotify smash, 'Is Your Love Enough?' which is the highest "not proper single" in the rate. As mentioned lots of times, this sounds like a Touch-Lento lovechild and I'm sure it would have been a big hit for the girls had they given it a proper release to help sell the re-release. It was never lead single material, but I think it would have more than sufficed as a re-release single and would probably had had the Platinum Edition doing double what it ended up doing too. 'Is Your Love Enough?' didn't really get many top scores (though a lot of 8s and 9s) but was helped into the top 10 by the lack of low scores it got.

Ofcourse, no one has grown to hate it yet, so it didn't get cursed with -1s etc, I really am not understanding these results so far, for all I know Touch will be out next.

After losing #YetAnotherSmash with BM, this feels about right. It's cute, and has some great moments (especially Leigh's "oh, oh-oh-oh, your lo-o-ove!",) but it's not even the best addition to the Platinum Edition - IIGMW and DL are both already LM classics IMO - so seeing it make the Top 10 over Hair, BM, and especially SOTMX kinda boggles my mind.

So up next and falling 7 (!!!) places (after previously going 3-2), is the girls 3rd single and the title track from their debut album, 'DNA'. This song is an actual pop masterpiece. I genuinely consider it as an all time great. It's a pop masterpiece so I am devastated to see it fall as far as that. :( It deserved to be their 3rd number 1 single, too. But yeah, this surprised me. I thought 'DNA' was more appreciated than that on here (although, tbf, apart from that -1, it had no scores lower than 6 and not many people rated it 6!)

I always found DNA slightly overrated given it was top 3 in the last Little Mix rates. It’s still a solid song and I’m shocked not to see it top 5.

Yeah, I've always found DNA slightly overrated (I believe I was one of the 6s). I normally adore Jesy's voice, but she sounds dreadful on the second verse.

 

I would totally be here for a shock LMLY win.

It's the MIDDLE 8 in DNA that had me shook.

Love a bit of DNA, did expect it a bit higher to be honest (especially considering past placements). As long as NMSS is safe at this point I'm happy.

I think maybe my -1 was a bit harsh but it’s genuinely among their worst tracks for me but then again I only really like their material Salute onwards. Thrilled NMSS and LMLY are still here :wub:

Shocked at SOTME and BM not top 10 (as they are their biggest and signature hits)! I quite enjoy IYLE ^_^ and loved DNA back then though it hasn't aged that well for me.

It was an unexpected move from the girls at the time, but once they jumped on Latin American megahit Reggaetón Lento, the previous version was found rotting. With the most amount of 10s so far, Lento proves to be very popular, though not so much with Andrew. Issa bop for sure, but would I have it above, Hair, DNA, Shout Out and Black Magic? No.

Touch is so overrated and needs to be gone!
