New collaboration from Kendrick Lamar and SZA, taken from the soundtrack to the upcoming Marvel Comics film 'Black Panther'. Kendrick has curated the entire soundtrack which will contain 14 tracks in total and will be released on 9th February.

This is really good! I'm not the biggest Kendrick fan but I loved "Swimming Pools" and "Alright" and there's no denying that he's one of the biggest artists on the planet right now. I can see this being very big for them - surely a Grammy's performance from the two of them is coming?!

best thing he's ever done

this could be massive

I wish there was more Kendrick on this song (sounds more like SZA feat. Kendrick than Kendrick & SZA) buttt I am liking this quite a lot, it reminds me a bit of Rihanna's 'Diamonds'. Love the production in particular. Could definitely see this being big!

Kendrick curating an entire soundtrack though *.* interested to see what else will be on there, hopefully similarly good stuff to Lorde's curated Hunger Games soundtrack.

Surely the size of the song will be determined by the size of the film? Film soundtracks do perform inconsistently despite the quality of the song. Remember a previous Kendrick soundtrack song 'It's On Again' with Alicia Keys?

Saying that, this does sound strong. Could do well but I hope they get around to supporting 'LOVE.' at some point.

ok so as much as I usually detest Kendrick, this isn't terrible...
I think this is my favourite of their collabs. Babylon is incredible but this might just edge it because it's a lot more epic sounding. Doves in the Wind is like my least favourite song on Ctrl so this is a return to form for the pair.

Looks like this song is going top 10 this week its sittin at #6 in the midweek charts.
It’s definitely Kendrick’s and SZA’s best song.

It's a brilliant song but I disagree with this post SO MUCH :(

Both artists have a multitude of songs in their back catalogues that speak so much louder than this. As I said, I ADORE it but pretty much every 'S', 'Z', 'Ctrl', 'good kid..' album track betters it lmao.

I know this is neither at their best but I can't help but keep listening to it - tied in with Black Panther hype (great film btw *.*) I'm fully in support for this and am so pleased it's gone TOP FIVE in the UK :D

SZA needs to capitalise on having her name out there at the moment - please push something from Ctrl

she tried 'The Weekend' but not even Calvin could make it a top 40 hit oops. she'll probably get a hit with her lead-off from the next album though.
