I wonder if they'll add this version to the album on streaming platforms? That would really help it out (similar to what Mabel & Becky Hill etc.. do)

I'm imagining some kind of 'Deluxe edition', ideally the tack it on the 'Expanded Version' for streaming purposes, release a new version of 'Happiness' and maybe 'A Mess (Happy 4 U)' and then re-release a 'Deluxe' with the new versions and a couple of new tracks.

Increase in sales since last updates:

+11,174 Sweet Melody > Last updated: 23.04.2021 <

---

+1,964 Confetti > Last updated: 23.04.2021 <

'Sweet Melody' sold 428 more copies this week than last week.

'Confetti' sold 119 more copies this week than last week.

Hopefully the new single ramps up the sales for the album, any news of the album midweek position?

Side note: I don't know if you saw, or Is there a reason that 'Bounce Back' and 'How Ya Doin'?' are in a different sized font on the sales summary?

EDIT: I've just seen in another thread it's up to 28 in the mids! :cheer:

Oops. That'll be because when I copy and pasted to move 'No Time for Tears' last week, I forgot to remove [/size] out of the C+P aha.
When do we think Sweet Melody will reach 800k and come close to passing Love Me Like You?

Mid 2022?

It'll be on around 800 - 900k by end of year I'd say.

Thanks, I thought it’d slow down a bit bit I guess I’m not really across its weekly sales totals.

Amazing to think that with Confetti they'll have 27 top 20 hits, which is like 98% of their discography going top 20.. does any other artist have that kind of consistency in the UK?

I assume you mean since streaming era? Coz bands from the 90's/00's that relied on big fanbase buys of CDs etc... are up there (even if they had 3-23-67-out kinda runs aha.)

I meant to say female artists lol, mostly like since the 2000s. And I mean like every official single released- surely among the last 2 decades there’s a record there

According to their Singles Discography pages on Wiki (2000's +):

Songs that peaked top 20:

Little Mix - 26 out of 28 > Providing 'Confetti' stays top 20 ofc - this is actually 27 out of 29 IF you include 'Wishing On A Star' - but they're not individually credited so I don't count it personally <

Britney Spears - 25 out of 34 > I think. <

Sugababes - 25 out of 29

Ariana Grande - 24 out of 32 > I think. <

Girls Aloud - 22 out of 23

The Saturdays - 16 out of 18

Acts like Madonna & Kylie are probably unfair to compare to as they started well before the noughties despite peaking in the 00's! Plus I got confused and lost my train of thought from adding up Kylie's I *think* she's on about 22 out of 31 or something and Madonna was 16 out of 26 or something.

Trying to think of acts that could run them close as of right now and I dunno who else? Adele and Dua haven't released enough atm.

U mean 26 if they have Confetti in top 20 this week ?

Not 27.

Think About Us deserved a much better peak.

I know right. The fact that TAU was in the Top 20 in the midweeks at some point, is even more frustrating.

It was like 'Work' by The Saturdays all over again. But that was also because MJ died tbf. That was also the same week Cascada got blacklisted on every UK radio station. :heehee:
