You need less than 10k chart sales to make the Top 40 so I think she'll be able to do it.

She's had so amny songs with brash in your face productiona for so long that cover up her voice and overshadow the lyrical content of her music. Dancing strips that back and lets her voice shine. It's bene years since I've heard her sound so pure and emotive. And you can really feel the lyrics of this, it's one of the deepest pop songs in years.

I agree. I mean I LOVE the big production songs but it is nice to hear a song that gives more focus on lyrics, vocals and melody. What's more is that it is still an absolute bop and is going to sound just as fantastic on the dance floor as those big productions.

Was just coming to post this! I did think it was likely Kylie would get to #1 on iTunes on its first day but it's fantastic to see it actually happen!

It'll likely drop alot soon. but I guess we have the video to steady it.

Perhaps this is common practice, but lots of news outlets online seem to be commenting on this. No reviews as such but they all seem to speak positively which is nice.

 

I suspect it will drop quite quickly at some point, but I'll be happy if it can take advantage of appearing at #1 and Top 10 for as long as possible.

The iTunes number 1 would be extra exposure for Kylie. Into The Blue only managed a brief top 5 iTunes appearance at number 5 from what i remember.

It does seem like a lot of people have found it takes a few listens to grow, but when it does grow, it really grows! Hopefully that'll be the same for you.
