I can see this going back to #1 when he likely wins album of the year at the BRITs.

He’s definitely one of the better British males to come through and I like his personality too.

I can see two more singles possibly. Then I imagine we probably won’t get another album until 2020 Q4 or early 2021.

They rinsed ‘Wanted On Voyage’ of singles so I’d expect about 2 maybe 3 probably more low key singles from the album throughout the year. It’s a shame ‘Hold My Girl’ has taken so long to fly as they should be looking to push single 4 from next month in time for the Brits.

After The Brits he’ll be focusing on his tour so I can’t imagine much promotion for any forthcoming singles.

his schedule is not that heavy

a UK tour in March

an European tour in May

and very very few festival dates after that, 4 or 5 I think

He'll be announced for Glastonbury Pyramid Stage and a few more I'm sure. They'd be stupid not to push Pretty Shining People for the summer

Also his performance of Hold My Girl on the Brits was bad, I haven't seen him pull it off in a live performance yet which really puts me off the song, which is a shame as I loved it when the album was released

Saw him last night! Hold My Girl was really good tbh probably better than any of the live performances he’s done as actual promo in the UK. Blame It On Me was SUCH a moment but Pretty Shining People was my fave bit I think, literally everyone was singing along which was amazing considering it’s a new song that’s not a single... and then Shotgun was a lot of fun

Pretty Shining People seems to be the next single, it’s been added to Apple Music’s Today’s Hits playlist.

Had a feeling it would be. Most sensible choice I'd say!

Also apparently - not that this is any bearing on him musically - according to several papers today, he is an item with his drummer on this album. That drummer being Florrie Arnold, who used to do a lot of work with Xenomania!

I thought you meant his live drummer for a second - Florrie would be a strange name for him!

Very pleased about Pretty Shiny People; that has just been crying out for a single release. Let's hope we actually get TV performances for this one. :P
Definitely think this will be another top 20 atleast for him. I don’t think he’s gonna do a lot of promotion for it though.

'Pretty Shiny People' I can see that just sneaking into the Top20, depends how much promotion he does for it.
