Of all the realistic outcomes I'd rather this happened. I don't want them to abandon this era, not when Monster In Me and Wasabi are right there. This is their best album and I need them to keep pushing for those sales.

 

 

Agreed, and they need more singles ON the album to keep its sales alive with streaming, that's exactly what's kept Rita and Clean Bandit's albums afloat in the chart. The more hits the album has, the more rapidly it will sell. Woman Like Me's sales are very healthy given the change in ratio 6 months ago it's holding up well against their other hits.

I agree. I hope in the next era, we have 2 pre-album singles. They're solidly consistent with singles success and nowadays, as Joe said, the more hits before the album release, the better it is for the album.

 

Now, just give us 'Wasabi' ir 'Forget You Not' in the Summer and I'm happy. :D

Yeah in an interview she was saying it's her fav and Leigh was like shame it's only deluxe and Perrie was like "no it's not!" and Leigh had to show her. :lol:

LM5 drops to number 54 this week.

Disappointed with such a drop so early in its chart life.

To be fair there was a load of new entries in the top 40 this week (12 I believe) and there was no promo this week so it wasn’t that bad a drop.

 

It’s managed one more week top 40 than the DNA album did and the same amount of weeks as Salute did also.

 

I imagine they’ll drop again this week or remain between the 50-70 mark but if they have promo next week for RND (which is possible since Jade/Leigh climbed Kilimanjaro for the cause) they should manage to climb back to the top 40.

 

I wouldn’t worry to much though I’m confident it’ll remain top 100 all year.

True, but once they launch a new single and tack it on I’m sure it’ll start selling at a faster rate, which i assume is the plan.

Dropped 3 spots despite the Amazon discount... this era needs a proper relaunch (or scrapping).

A new single will help to give it a boost, they've got months yet to keep flogging it.
