March 11, 20188 yr Author Disappointing to hear that there is only 5 runners for the Arkle. Again probably due to the soft/heavy ground. It will be the softest since 2013, I think.

March 13, 20188 yr Author Thank you Footpad and Buveur d'Air had them on the nose to win. A great Champion Hurdle that was, shame to see Faugheen fade back towards the turning for the home straight.

March 14, 20188 yr Author Glad to see Douvan back on his feet following that fall. It could have been a different story, would have been great to see them battle at the finish line. Gutted to hear about Ruby Walsh out of Cheltenham with a suspected broken leg.
