April 19, 20187 yr As if this is still coming, how many chances is she going to get? Coming for that 22-out chart action.
April 19, 20187 yr Why shouldn’t she release the album? It's not her decision to take. Her record label doesn't want to waste more money on this flop unless YES turns out to be a hit.
April 19, 20187 yr it's the label's fault if it isn't doing better, it isn't louisa's fault make a deal with spotify and have the song insta-added to hothits from the start and up high and you get a hit from week 1 as opposed to having the song added in week 5 and at the bottom of the list
April 19, 20187 yr It's not her decision to take. Her record label doesn't want to waste more money on this flop unless YES turns out to be a hit. Well I know that. I meant, why wouldn’t the label release it when all the tracks have been recorded. It’ll still make them a bit of money, even if it only sells 20k in total.
April 19, 20187 yr I wonder if the Clean Bandit collaboration will be their next single. It has been a while since I Miss You, so we are due a new single from them.

It’s not just a case of releasing it though, there are production costs, promotional costs etc involved too. They’ll only do it if it’s worth it for them.
April 19, 20187 yr She’s only had two flops though. So Good and Tears were big hits. Well, 'Tears' wasn't even her song really and 'So Good' probably just about recouped the cost of the video in profit. Edited April 19, 20187 yr by Tawdry Hepburn
April 19, 20187 yr Best Behaviour wouldn't of lost them money I don't think. She still had loads of festivals and appearances at various events (pride etc). Considering it didn't make the top 40 it does have reasonable sales, Yes on the other hand so far is really looking like a HUGE flop. Edited April 19, 20187 yr by Mr. C. Joel
April 19, 20187 yr 'Best Behaviour' still did badly enough for her label to pretty much abandon ship for nearly a whole year and go back to the drawing board.
April 20, 20187 yr She is an amazing performer though, she slayed at Brighton Pride last year! I saw her, she was actually good! I remember she said "you may not know this, but I have a new song with Olly Murs". Credit to her for self-awareness.
May 24, 20187 yr She’s only had two flops though. So Good and Tears were big hits. For an act like Louisa 2 flops is huge tbh - and I’d count her as having 4 flops/underperforming releases (Forver Young, Best Behaviour, Unpredictable and Yes). Syco have such high expectations for their acts - if they are prepared to drop Leona Lewis and Ella Henderson along with other acts that have delivered Gold albums then I’m surprised Louisa has been given as many chances as she has.
May 24, 20187 yr Louisa has replied to a fan asking for new music with a monkey face  She basically knows it’s over and a duet with Pixie Lott and a XF Reunited tour of Butlins is the best she can hope for
January 12, 20196 yr Was really looking forward to an album from Louisa! Such a shame she got the same fate as Amelia Lily.. Other than Steve Brookstein, have any other male X-Factor finalists been given the boot when it comes to an album?
January 12, 20196 yr But Steve Brookstein has a No.1 album after X Factor. I think Louisa and Rak-Su are the only ones not to have albums. Have Rak-Su been dropped already?
