Definitely close between River and These Days for me, but I like TD just a bit more.

2. River

3. Freaky Friday

Freaky Friday :') a guilty pleasure bop but nothing more

1. Freaky Friday

2. God's Plan - I don't hate this but it's very very average

3. These Days - same

4. River - bland, boring, forgettable

very slim pickings so far but God's Plan is good so that's my pick

we can just pretend River didn't happen (much as it'll be quickly forgotten anyway)

These Days >>>>>>>>>>>>> God's Plan >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> River >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Freaky Friday

1. These Days - although I can’t stand it now

2. Freaky Friday - it is a bop tbh but a number 1 :/

3. God’s Plan - so meh, at least his new one’s decent

4. River - bland, dull and just shit

I can't remember a worse year for #1s, in fact I don't think there ever has been.

I'm gonna say Rudimental is the best one but even that's only like a 6/7.

*edit - Having said that, I've never once heard 'River'.

Actually jealous

Freaky Friday by quite some way, actual bop whereas the other are dull as anything.

'God's Plan' is one of my favourite songs of the year so far. 'Freaky Friday' is the only other song there that is even vaguely enjoyable and that's because of the video more than the song. 'Perfect' (solo version only) is still currently my second favourite 2018 #1 if you counted that, thankfully 'Nice For What' will be a second great #1 of the year and 'One Kiss' will be a great #1 too if it gets there.

I didn't think it'd be possible for there to be a more pointless and bland #1 this year than 'River' (I actually keep forgetting that even got to #1). but I think 'These Days' actually tops it...

I've kinda gone off River and These Days so God’s Plan kinda wins by default :/ The only good thing about Freaky a Friday is Kendall Jenner’s part and I can only ironically stan it, the rest is just a pile of dookie.

To be fair, at this point last year, the only #1 of the year was Shape of You.
Am I really the only person who still likes that song

Nah, "Shape Of You" is one of the best pop songs of the decade. It doesn't get much more infectious.

God's Plan which is still only a 6/10 and far beneath what I think Drake is capable of. What an abysmal set of #1s
