May 21, 20187 yr Is it just me or does she always look bored af when she performs 'New Rules'? The staging and choreography etc. is always so grand and looks like it could be a fantastic pop performance, but Dua just seems to go through the motions and mumble her way through the lyrics.

The staging and choreography etc. is always so grand and looks like it could be a fantastic pop performance, but Dua just seems to go through the motions and mumble her way through the lyrics.This is the issue I have with her and always have done and it's kinda the reason why I don't stan her as much as I should/want to. It's not just this performance. I wasn't really a fan of her 'One Kiss' performance on Graham Norton and a few others at the start of her career (but I kinda put it all down to her being new to the game etc..)  Like, they're good enough performances, but they don't particularly wow me/make me want to see her live. The only performance to have made that impact on me was her BRITs performance tbh.
May 21, 20187 yr I'd rather she did IDGAF, it goes off good when live and she always looks more comfortable performing that! But it was a solid performance from her.
