November 8, 200618 yr Author am i the only one who thinks it's overrated and not funny. like Little Britain If you read the thread, quite a few people have said that
November 9, 200618 yr I was so disappointed tonight. Lauren was the only one I laughed at. WTF was going on in the Bernie sketch, she's normally hilarious but tonight I found it more interesting picking the dead skin from my feet. -_-
November 9, 200618 yr Author The Bernie sketch was SO bad! I did laugh at the Nan, the fundraiser and Lauren though - another good episode, not brilliant.
November 9, 200618 yr I agree with Perry, tonights was c**p! The only funny bit was the sponsor lady with her website, and that had been in the trailers for ages.
November 9, 200618 yr Yeah, very disappointing imo, especially compared to the first episode :( And is it just me, or is that old man getting steadily more camp each week?!
November 10, 200618 yr "For all the people in the North-East who suffer with OCD, if you don't believe me go to the website...." www.christivelefttheironon.co.uk/noihavent/yesihave........ Elaine Figgis (the woman who was 'pregnant') was a bit cringeworthy last night.....
November 10, 200618 yr This weeks was sooooooooooooooo bad! last weeks was the best i have ever seen tho... when that man went back in time
November 11, 200618 yr "For all the people in the North-East who suffer with OCD, if you don't believe me go to the website...." www.christivelefttheironon.co.uk/noihavent/yesihave........    Oh, she IS a legend.
November 11, 200618 yr Yes, Geordie Georgie is her best character. She allegedly based it on a well known Land Mines Charity campaigner who comes from the North East of England, who she had the "privilege" of meeting. http://www.showbizz.net/uploads/stars/heathermill.jpg Who is probably setting up a website with Kevin Federline as we speak entitled www.golddiggingparasites.com/oftalented/popstars......
November 13, 200618 yr Strange the backlash is only happening now, I thought it was a heap of tripe from day one. You can draw comparisons with Little Britain but that at least had one very funny series...and then two $h!t ones.
November 13, 200618 yr Author It's strange how some people seem to find this series hilarious, yet others are disappointed. Maybe those who have seen earlier series are the disappointed ones?
November 13, 200618 yr I still love watching it. That granny sketch about illegal immigrants had me in equal shock and laughter, loved it! My only gripe was last series it looked like they were tiring out Lauren and she was becoming a bit tedious, but I like that this series they're putting her in different situations and giving her new things to say, to make her a bit fresher and less tedious.
November 16, 200618 yr It's strange how some people seem to find this series hilarious, yet others are disappointed. Maybe those who have seen earlier series are the disappointed ones? I know I am. :( I was watching a Catherine Tate night on UKG2, and some of her earlier sketches had me in kinks. The first episode of this series was alright (not LOL funny, but it had its moments), but the other two I watched (episode 2 and the one tonight) were disappointing. The only bit I laughed out loud at tonight was the Lauren sketch where she was asked to recite the periodic table and she was accusing her teacher of being a Stephen Hawkins wanabe  As much as i'd like it to, I highly doubt the series will pick up now :(
November 16, 200618 yr don't worry it was $h!t again this week.. last week was $h!t too..the week before was the best ever
