Meghan gave a (sort of) snippet of a new song on Snapchat and it looks like it could be the second single from her third album?!!

 

I honestly can’t see this doing much even if it’s a good song, maybe if she gets a hot hits playlisting as No Excuses did okay on iTunes I guess but literally nothing on Spotify. Still I’m sure she’ll serve a bop as usual *.*

I'm sure she confirmed this was the single after posting on Instagram saying she was shooting the video!

‘Can’t Dance’ is 3.01 minutes long and will be released the same day as Let You Be Right (2:58)

She’s being loads with Spotify for NE so I don’t see why they’d still punish her

Let you be right is fab *.* it reminds me of a more upbeat/better version of better. I'd be surprised if it was a hit though :(

 

Can't dance is also a bop but not one of Meghan's best.

I'm sure it's going to be solid, but I can't see it being much of a hit either; I unfortunately agree with you guys on this one.

Let You Be Right is superb, I'd have preferred that as the lead actually! Can't Dance is pretty decent too. Both have made more of an impression on me than No Excuses did.

The spotify streams for both 'Let You Be Right' and 'Can't Dance' are absolute appalling for an artist who's had two very impressive eras. It's just such a shame that Spotify have some agenda against her because 'No Excuses' could have been huge worldwide (which is indicated by it's performance on iTunes). 'Me Too' is also a perfect example, was top three for a month on iTunes but couldn't go top 10 because it couldn't go top 100 on Spotify.

Video was released, still doing nothing on iTunes. I’m in actual shock at her terrible performance!

I actually like this in a "diet bop" (won't turn it off if it came on, but not really going out my way to search for it) sort of way. It's cute.

 

I'm not too surprised it's doing nothing. She's always been a fluke success tbh. It just lasted one album longer than usual for people of her calibre.

It sounds really good, I love it and Can't Dance, they deserve to be hits tbh!
