'Girls Like You' is this the most weeks in the UK Top10 for a #7 peak by the way?

I don’t really think anything this era has been amazing singlewise, not compared to previous eras anyway which were generally led by huge singles. Don’t Wanna Know was a decent comeback but it was 10/10 radio and Spotify fodder, but then Cold underperformed by comparison. What Lovers Do saved them before the album but it was again just total commercial fodder and a complete rip off of Sexual  Girls Like You is probably my favourite single from this album but I’d still rank it below a good portion of their previous singles (Sunday Morning deserved more tbh) :’)

To be fair, it was a sample of Sexual and the artists got writing credits.

Yes and it beats their own record

GLY: 10-8-{7}-9-8-7-9-9-7-10-7-9 (12 weeks)

Sugar: {7}-9-9-11-10-9-7-7-9-9-9-10 (11 weeks)

Rita being cut!!!

I had a skim through the video and she is still there.

Hoping this new video has minimal effect because 'Girls Like You' needs to disappear. Such a bland, nothing-y song that is inexplicably inescapable, probably the worst chart hit of the year for me.

guess they're doing this for the US, it's still at #1 and sure needs more YT views to keep it there
The new video is also sending it back up ten places in the UK :drama: hopefully that's not quite enough for it to return to SCR.
New video with some famous faces

What's the point of this? It's completely identical to the first version. I see no difference AT ALL.

I can’t believe they’re all jamming so hard to the song when there’s not even anything to it, top effort

Also it makes me laugh that Cardi has to be green-screened in but they can get all the other more famous names

cannot believe this has been #4 weeks at #1 and counting in the US!!!
