Loved the guy in the mustard suit from the Caribbean , just what the show needed :P

I preferred tonight to last night.

I laughed out loud at Simon in the car with Louis and ordering his filet-o-fish  I do like Simon. I know loads don't but I do.

Really enjoyed the guy in yellow and the older lady - Jackie - doing Cilla. Great voice and a gorgeous hug from RW.

We saw the Anthony guy at the Six Chair Challenge. All the judges loved him there too. Nice what Louis did for him. He seems a decent lad.

I'll be watching next weekend. :P

I have to say that I agree with this review but in fairness I do not think we were expecting it would be any different .. it was ok though & last night was an improvement, the reviews could have been a hell of a lt worse, hopefully th equality of the contestants will improve as the weeks go by but I think SCD will slaughter it in the ratings next week . I cannot see the XF as a show lasting too many more years, ITV must still be getting s lot of revenue from advertising. Are there are a lot of ads in the ITV version, we get it through Virgin Media here & there are tons of breaks for ads, drives me nuts/

I like Ayda but I worry for her , I think her lack of experience shows but I also think that Robbie would never have done the show without her & Simon wanted Robbie so that was that ...

someone on Digital Spy said that Simon was like the other panelists Grandad  I like Simon ...

Ratings down to 5 million last night.

They've signed up to it - so they will make it work. They're professionals, they've received their fee so they have to fight for it.

I still think he will make a brilliant judge and I love what I've seen of him so far. He's the lovely man on there that I knew he would be.

I have every faith in him but totally get what people are saying that it's past it's best. It's ten years past it's best.

If Robbie and Ayda weren't on it - I wouldn't be touching it with a barge pole.

But they are so I shall carry on watching and supporting ^_^

Nice to know he still has his music hat on. ;)

I feel exactly the same way Laura , I will watch it painful as it is ...my record button will be busy next Saturday night :P

I think they need to get rid of that show , BGT has in fairness replaced it long ago & I think the best singers out there are holding out for that show & not really auditioning for XF ...maybe the talent will improve as the weeks go by ...

I don't watch BGT anymore either. Nor Saturday Night Takeway, nor I'm a Celebrity.

I've loved them all at some point but I can't keep watching the same thing for ten years. I get bored.

I love Strictly. We didn't watch that from the start. We're relatively new to that. Only about five or six series in. I'm not bored of that yet and last year was my favourite series ever but everything has a shelf life and that will peak too and decline just as XF has.

It will be interesting to see how XF evolves over the next few weeks.

I read that there are only to be six live shows (don't know if this is true) but if it is, I can understand why RW is gutted to be missing two of them.

if they really got the colported 10million it is a stint well payed and despite those who will hate him willhate him more those who love him will love him more. I can imagine that new chances are infor TV, then UTR3, the David Walliams musical...

What might backfire fan wise is the Ayda invo;vement. She is good but better he supports her in an independent acting career to make herself a name. She is able to do that. There have been a lot of exampled of double packs and they seldom pay off. Well, he had not done x-actor otherwise, I know, at least this is the story they tell.

I'm seeing a lot of criticism of Ayda -_-

But like I said - they're professionals. They will have to keep trying and see if they can turn it around.

I have not watched, in the moment I have enough reading about it. How do you think is she doing?

They will have known what to expect. This weekend will be another blow when they lose against SCD.

But they might have expected this too.

I am hoping that RW is on the TT album.

The XF has it's following, some folk love it , it's a great opportunity for Ayda to get herself known . I like to see Robbie working in the UK on something other than than his day job which we know he will head back , I would like to have seen him on BGT's show as a judge but Ayda would never have got that slot I think . In fairness Simon has put a lot of time & effort into the XF & he will know when it's had it's day & that will be that. The show will get more interesting once the better singers start filtering through but I worry that Ayda will be out of her depth as a mentor , she lacks experience in that area , being married to a superstar who makes his own choices at the end of the day is not quite the same as mentoring someone who is only starting out in the music industry, the criticisms overall have not been that bad, at least they did not get totally slated by the press so that has to be encouraging. The ratings will drop this weekend as Strictly starts & that continues to be a big favourite tp draw in the viewers ...

It's hard to judge how she's doing because she isn't getting much air time. It will be far easier to see when it's live. She's very direct on there Elisabeth. No messing. :)

If you have time Elisabeth watch the second episode from Sunday. Robbie is very sweet in it. He's such a lovely man.

I relish watching him outside his comfort zone. I'm interested to see if they can inject new life into XF. If they can't - well it was an experience for them. Things don't always fall at your feet in life. We'll have to see how they get on in the next few weeks.

News of Judges Houses will be about shortly I'm guessing. Wonder if he has got Ed Sheeran?

Strictly starts at 19.35 tonight & the XF at 20.30 & there is no way people will switch live half way through Strictly so ratings are a load of BS as it's not a level playing field

The XF was way better tonight , good interaction between the judges . Robbie has a good connection with the contestants ...
