I thought Sharon was going to fill in for Robbie while he was touring but that might just be a rumour. Maybe everyone has guessed that.

Can anyone confirm - on the Six Chair Challenge - are all the judges present or is it just the one judge who is there doing the choosing?

I have tickets for Thursday night but I'm not going to take the day off work and queue all day unless I know that RW will be in the studio at the very least. :)

I found this article from 2015 Laura & reading that I think the judges are physically there

I know - that's what I meant when I said the show has to be about the contestants not Robbie Williams however much I like seeing him.

I guess the thing to remember is all this stuff going on is just a thirty second snatch in the editing. He's going to get bored and he's going to do stuff. The Sun seems to think it's newsworthy to pick up every little detail of what's going on. Surely people aren't interested until the show airs are they?

Usually I completely ignore XF stuff.

It's kind of getting on my nerves having to pay attention to it this year if I'm honest!

flipping programme.

The XF is usually a love hate relationship for most people , I usually hate it & have not watched it for years . I doubt Robbie will do anything for it's ratings, Strictly will always beat it hands down as most folk indoors of a Saturday night are old folks & they watch Strictly , it's as simple as that -_-

Let WHO entertain you on the X Factor

NEW X Factor judge Robbie Williams says he feels old – as young wannabes do not know who he is.

I'm sure he does.

Doesn't he always say that pop star years are like dog years - every one year you're a pop star is like seven normal years

I've hated it for ten years - it's hard to turn that around ;)

Even though I do genuinely like Simon Cowell - I always have. X Factor was my favourite programme on TV for years when it first started. We all used to watch it when the girls were young - every week.

Then it just got tired and I got fed up with the manipulation and OTT of it all. I wonder if this series will be any different? If it could be more honest - I could get on board. More honesty and less sensationalism I would like. Maybe that's not good TV. It's not aimed at my age group anyway. I think RW could shake it up a little but it shouldn't be so much about who the judges are should it? Shouldn't it be about the contestants?

Anyway I do have tickets for Thursday so am going to go. I'll give my honest opinion once I've been. ;)

I gave up watching when the hysteria of the contestants took over , it is an OTT show but sure is high profile enough for Robbie to make his mark to a tv audience whether it be good or bad, it's a risk but I hope he can pull it off & maybe we will see him on some other tv shows in the future . I would love to see Ayda doing Strictly, that would be my dream :)

So would I :cheer:

Go Ayda

So tomorrow they are filming the first of the four Six Chair Challenge thingies.

One tomorrow, two on Thursday and one on Friday.

We'll see if all the judges are there together. :)

Have a wonderful time at XF tomorrow Laura :cheer:
that also means that they have decided who gets which category?

Look on FB Elisabeth - I read the categories Robbie and Ayda have.

Ayda picked her six today and Robbie is up next tomorrow.
