Olly's had a playback party for the album in London tonight (including some rather lish looking cocktails named after certain tracks). He's confirmed to The Sun that he's returning to The X Factor for a results show performance, where he will perform his next single, 'Love Me Again' - no confirmed date as of yet however.

Oh I'm shook by the fact that this is going to be released on vinyl, want *.* even if I'm a bit miffed that 'Army Of Two' didn't make the cut :kink:
Looking forward to hearing new music from him - I hope his success continues but I think he may struggle tbh, he is firmly an album act now in the same way as Robbie Williams etc., is so promotion will need to be on point to generate album sales and longevity.

I read that he is supposed to be performing Love Me Again and not Moves.

I’ve listened to Take Your Love and it really should of been the first single because it’s a lot better than Moves.

Not too sure on Take Your Love, it doesn't really sound like him. More like a collab with a DJ.

I'm happy it's not a single though, I'm looking forward to Love Me Again.

"Take Your Love" is a hell of a lot better than "Moves", he could have got a top 20 with it.

'Take Your Love' is very Jonas Blue, innit?

I think Take Your Love sounds like the last album. I don’t know why he’s throwing the last album under the bus only to release a song that easily could’ve been on it.

I love it though and I hope there’s more like that on the album.

I'm getting a little bit fed up of seeing comments like this. I loved the last album, but '24 HRS' being his least best performing album and this being cited as why he is supposedly "throwing it under a bus" is irrelevant here. If that was the case then there'd only be one of the singles from it on the tracklist for this album.

The fact is, most of those songs on there were written about a breakup of a serious relationship he had. Just because he's the artist he is and is viewed as being taken less 'seriously' than others does that mean he's not allowed to feel less fondly about it because of it's lyrical content and significance and how at odds it is with how he views himself as an artist?

I suppose I wasn’t considering the lyrical content. I actually liked how honest some of the last album was. It helped me anyway.

I think it’s his best album because it was so personal and sonically it was different for him.

There’s an element of an artist dismissing something that you liked and I think it bothers people.

Olly's ITV 'Happy Hour' special is being recorded tonight and will be broadcast on Saturday, 15th December. 'Mark On My Heart' is the last instant grat track from the album out tomorrow.

He's also on the cover of (and interviewed) in Fabulous magazine this Sunday:

So when will the single he's performing on The X Factor be released?

Next Friday when the album's released.

'Mark On My Heart' is here:

Love the laidback feel of this one. Very evocative of the first album!

Mark On My Heart sounds like another attempt at trying to get a Spotify hit. I hope the whole album isn’t gonna be like this and there is some decent songs on there.
