So we’ve done the studio albums now time to choose the best of the rest (and discussion about the worst/most pointless).

 

I have to say I LOVE ‘Boombox’ I listen to it all the time at the gym or on the way to work - such a great collection of mixes that are not all 15 minutes long each!

Showgirl live, I'm a sucker for live albums and like the other livehicles albums too aswell as ultimate kylie. I also love 50 plus 1 to. Not a huge fan of remix albums myself and while I've bought them all they are for collection purposes only.

Boombox was such a treat of a package, gotta be that!

 

Hits + is on the poll - one of my faves due to ‘If You Don’t Love Me’ :wub:

 

‘Boombox’ is such an epic remix album after the ‘get out of the Deconstruction deal’ album ‘Mixes’ :lol: Even Deconstruction who have rinsed Kylie’s time with them with constant ‘Best Of’ collections have quietly forgotten about that album - it’s not on iTunes, Apple or Spotify!

'Ultimate Kylie' gave us two fantastic singles, so it easily gets my vote.

 

But I also love 'Showgirl - Homecoming Live', 'Live in New York' (especially for 'Burning Up/Vogue'), and 'Kiss Me Once Live' (basically another Greatest Hits, but with the banging 'Need You Tonight').

Really hope we get a live Golden CD/DVD too. Just been listening to ‘Live In New York’ such a great album - I wish they had released it properly though (Although thankfully we did get a mini CD version courtesy of ASDA!)
I would have liked a full version too, but would have lived the anti tour live cd that's the one release I crave for but will never get.
Oh yes, I'd love to hear a quality recording of the Anti Tour too! Really wish I'd gone to that show.

My favourite re-package of a Kylie album ever was the Australian tour edition ‘Aphrodite Les Folies’ - 3 disc set and beautiful cover :wub:

I am unaware of this version.

I will have to look into this.

 

It’s a great repackage and I love the cover art (It’s a fold out 3 CD set). The album is included, a disc of remixes and a megamix disc.

As much as i am not a fan of Kiss me Once studio album i do enjoy the Live version.

The anti tour was a great idea but they could have got more from it.

 

I’m forever thankful someone put the full show together -

 

The Anti Tour was truly for the real Kylie fans.

With limited tickets as the venues were small i do feel they should have released something officially for the fans who didn't get to see it live.

If not an official release it could have become a fansite purchase only.
