November 19, 20186 yr ‘Giving Me Life’ 😍 The whole of the next album to be produced by Dev pls. Can’t get enough of the album, it all comes across so effortless and natural. Her best in a long time.
November 21, 20186 yr #31 in the chart update. Oh dear lol. I find it hard to care. At her age and after already selling hundreds of millions, her main aim should be making great records, which she has done.
November 23, 20186 yr I'm not a Mariah Carey fan (I'd even go so far as to say I immensely dislike her), but this album is fire. 'One Mo' Gen' is a bit of a chore, but the rest of it is great. 'GTFO' has clicked, I even like 'With You' and '8th Grade' was a highlight (I tend to like her songs which have her deeper vocals). It's an 8.5/10 from me.

December 10, 20186 yr I believe Number 9 was its original peak or was that some years later when it started returning to the chart. That said, it is wonderful that after 24 years it has managed a new peak.

December 10, 20186 yr I just got back from seeing Mariah performing her Christmas concert and she was incredible! Hands down one of the best live vocalists that I've ever seen and her interactions with the crowd were really cute, she was the complete opposite of the Diva character that she is so often painted out to be. The setlist was mainly full of Christmas carols, with some of her originals (including "Oh Santa!" and "The Star", which her kids sung backing vocals on), and at the end she performed "The Distance" (my fave song on 'Caution') followed by "We Belong Together" and "Hero" before the ultimate Christmas classic! SUCH a good night and our seats got upgraded as they closed the highest tier so we went from third to first *.*
December 10, 20186 yr Oh my god, I hate you so much rn. I've seen a lot of clips from the show and she really seems to be serving vocals and mostly singing live. I'm hating hard on myself for not getting tickets teebs. Hopefully the inclusion of The Distance means it's gonna be pushed as a single soon.
