As the poll suggests, who gave the best first impressions for you!!

 

I'm not sold on Graham at all, he definitely felt like the weak link of the episode. I think Yaz and Ryan both have potential but I slightly preferred Ryan in this episode. I think Yaz will come into her own once the series gets going, however.

 

Also justice for Grace </3 Why couldn't she have been companion over Graham :(

Ryan definitely left the best impression based on the first episode. I agree that Yas will likely come into her own over the course of the series.

 

My only qualm with the episode was that Grace did seem more companion material than Graham did at any point, but I guess that’s probably because she’ll be one of the companions that could have been but never were. Hopefully Graham gets better and is given a chance to truly shine, but at the moment he’s definitely the weakest.

Ryan made the best first impression for me, I liked Yaz on a similar level! I assume we'll be unpeeling the layers of Graham as the weeks go on so I think I'll like him more in the future.

 

Grace should have been a companion I think, I was thoroughly enjoying her character!!

Ryan made the best first impression, Yaz was ok but didn't really have any standout moments like Ryan or Graeme did.

 

Bradley Walsh I thought was great especially during the funeral scenes.

 

All 3 though seem likeable and looking forward to seeing how things develop
