It amazes me how long he has been on the show for. Couldn't stand him when he first joined.

 

 

Stephanie Davis should definitely be a front-runner for Best Actress at the Soap Awards after tonight, bloody brilliant!!

Sick of Mercedes making the same mistakes again and again then being offended when people call her out, she had so much development when she was with Joe but it’s all been undone :drama:

The way Hollyoaks treats it’s gay characters is appalling...why do gay men (Doug, Ste, Harry, Kyle) randomly sleep with women? :lol:

Leela tonight is a fab example of why this deserves best soap, I'm loving this radicalisation storyline!

Stes story is so hard to watch but it’s well acted at the same time.

 

One major point I keep making though is that I hope the climax doesn’t turn into a Saint Ste type story where he becomes the victim.

Maxine’s story is another one what’s intriguing me!

 

I like that Mitchell seems to be on to her now.

 

I have a weird kinda hunch that after she’s found out to be lying she’s actually going to end up being ill.

I’m not really gonna miss Bredas latest victim.

 

I always felt he was cast on his looks rather than being a good actor.

 

For the stories he had he was pretty much the same in all of them.

 

I must admit though if he was axed I’m shocked bc I thought he was amongst the producers favourites.

I feel like they axed him for the shock and also probbaly to further other producers' faves like James and Ste as he's connected to both of them.

Really liked last weeks episodes.

 

The Ste storyline was well acted and quite shocking / disturbing.

 

Breda is turning more barmy now as well. Such a strange character. I don’t know if I loathe or love her. She does make me laugh though.

 

Mercedes getting the same storyline over and over again though is a bit of a let down. Jennifer Metcalfe is capable of much more but i do prefer her with Liam.

 

Intrigued to see where the Scott storyline goes in terms of when Cleo will leave. I’m hoping it’s not rushed. HO sometimes do sexuality storylines well but we often get others where they just feel short sighted but it makes a change from Ste turning someone gay.

 

Now to watch last nights and tonight’s episodes (at C4 pace).

 

Will also add I was happy to see Prince leave on a positive note. A rare HO ending but i was glad he wasn’t killed off.

The Maxine story though.

 

 

I know she’s lying but how is Damon so taken in. How’s he not went to any hospital appointment or questioned anything in fact why has anyone. And she still looks a million dollars too you think she’d at least try and make herself more physically ill. She’s tripped herself up so many times as well already yet it’s all so sure everyone’s believing what she’s saying. I’m intrigued for the fall out and seeing how it all becomes exposed.

They did the same thing with Mercedes a few years back didn't they? Another character they would never get rid of.

Removed from tomorrow’s first look opening credits according to DigitalSpy so I guess so? But this is Hollyoaks so anything can happen haha

 

There’s no way they would’ve killed off Tony without it leaking months before hand.

 

A character who’s been there since day one nearly 24 years ago! There’s no way the show could keep that a secret no matter how hard they tried.

 

Tony’s going to be what brings her down in the end.

 

I’m guessing he’s heading to the pig farm or he’s heading straight to hospital after someone finds him leading to him being in some sort of induced coma which then brings his father into the show.
