They've said that, but we don't really know what 'active promotion' means yet.

"Active promotion" seems to only have been quoted by Alan Jones - it's not in the official rules from the OCC website. I assume it's basically just saying that the label can request a manual reset if necessary - perhaps in the case of something like Birdy's Wings resurgence, or Demi's Skyscraper? (although they were less than 3 years but in a similar circumstance)

I know there’s reasoning for it, but 161 isn’t great for Cheryl at this point. I know she is, but I think a lot of people expected her name to carry her further.
