In 2009 a sale was a sale. If streaming counted in 2009 it would have been negligible and Rage still would've been #1. A sale is still a sale now but most people have switched to streaming making it harder for campaign singles to do well (and likewise, making it harder for X Factor). But yes Rage would've been on ACR and would probably have missed #1 if streaming was as big as it was now.

Except they are doing worse in streaming (#20) than sales (#11) That's probably due to lack of other even remotely successful songs than WLM but still.
