Do we know incidentally what the sales were for their last top 75 albums? Be good to have for comparison.

Nope, the only total we have is for Drama from a decade ago - 4.6k (September 2009).

True Confessions, Pop Life and Please Yourself obviously will have sold more than In Stereo in its first week due to a stronger sales climate.

Is that Drama's overall sales or it's first week sales? 4.6k for #169 is ridiculous compared to today's sales and chart placings if so!

Total, unfortunately. :P

"Looking For Someone" is the new single. Remixes will be released next Friday.

Bananarama should try further promotion.

I would think they could still get some more tv interview slots which would help even if they dont always get to perform.

Looking for Someone is currently iTunes number 146.

For no promo at all it has managed something.

The album may pick up some little sales from the release.

Live in Stereo is number 56 in the mids, wouldn't it be great if it stay top 100 on Friday so they would have 2 back to back top 100 albums after a few albums missing the top 100 altogether. Their reunion live album last year i thought would have had a better chance of going top 100 on this as t has a far better and known track listing plus there was a little hype about the reunion with siobhan.

It is welcoming to see some interest in the release.

That said, i cant see it selling enough to take the Top 100 position on Friday.

Many of the sales for its existing Number 56 position would be pre orders from fans.

I was surprised they were releasing a live version based on the sales of the original album.

After an initial high, the album lost out on a place in the Top 100.

It may possibly have managed 1000 sales.

Just picked up the vinyl in the HMV sale for £9.99 and the Live In Stereo vinyl for £12.99 :cheer:
Is the live in stereo good?

It’s actually a decent live album - glad they decided on releasing one.
