checked some random weeks at SpotOnTrack

highest days: Friday, then Saturday, then Monday

lowest: Sunday

 

and the general pattern is:

Friday the highest, Saturday a bit less than Friday, big drop on Sunday, usually 100K,

recovery on Monday, similar figures for the rest of the week, every day a bit lower...

Thu is the 2nd lowest only beaten by Sunday figures
