November 5, 200619 yr I wanted to reach also the Kooks in Rome  But I was soooo busy :( Damn, they had fun there ^_^ xox.
November 5, 200619 yr The Kooks falling, although disappointing, doesn't really surprise me :( Is there anyone left who DOESN'T already own the album?
November 5, 200619 yr That's a very steep fall for The Kooks too. :( I didn't think 'Ooh La,' would hang around as much as the 2 previous singles but I didn't think it would fall as drastically as that either.
November 5, 200619 yr alesha will be dropped now most probably... shame really I've read that because of 'Knockdown,' flopping the album is going to be given a release in the new year.
November 5, 200619 yr I'm looking forward to see if The Kooks can make such a good follow-up album seeing as Luke Pritchard has been talking about it like it's quite a masterpiece. :)
November 5, 200619 yr The charts seem to have been speeding up in the last few weeks. I think that it could be pretty slow in January and Feburary however. Edited November 5, 200619 yr by Terry
November 5, 200619 yr Its a shame that the Kooks had to go to ruin a run of decent singles with a rubbish/dull one, not the best way to end the promo for this album. That said I don't really like them anyway.
November 5, 200619 yr Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! NOT LIL CHRIS!!!! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARGH! Which idiots are buying this sh*te?!?!?!?!?!
November 5, 200619 yr Author 35 (from 19) Lil' Chris - Checkin' It Out http://www3.hmv.co.uk/hmv/Large_Images/HMV/88697002812.JPG At the end of last year, Chris found himself taking part in Series Two of 'Rock School', fronted by hilarious rock megalomaniac granddad Gene "Easy On The Eyeliner" Simmons. When the show aired in the UK at the end of 2005, Chris proved to be the star of the show, prompting many viewers to literally fall in love with him on the spot. A rebel without angst, but with plenty of audacity and cheek, he's the "cool" odd kid at school who everyone wants to hang out with. Cute and always ahead of the rest, he is the initiator of any trend his peers follow. 'Checkin It Out' is Chris' debut single and it sounds like Elvis Costello doing 'Song 2' on a bouncy castle: one of the most infectious and borderline-insane pop singles you will hear all year. Chris states that it is not about a library book and is instead about "a teenage boy checking out a girl". His music is rock, with pop sensibility. Comparable more with The Buzzcocks than McFly. 'Checkin It Out' is a no holds barred pop-rock anthem that sprints out of the box, juggernauts at 100 MPH and can be felt by everyone in the same postcode - HMV [flash=450,350]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rJ4ZC3nlIwQ.swf track listing 1.
