The Jonas Bros are more recent than BSB and Westlife - Nick Jonas is only 26. Their fanbase is still young.

I am only four years older than him then lol. And I just checked Nick and DNCE Spotify peaks were in the top 10. Even though Westlife fans are older, they were at #1 in the largest music streaming media in China QQ for weeks.

The Jonas brothers had a very young fanbase when they were first around, who are all now teens and stream only. Their solo work picked them up some older fans who stream/download too.

 

I'm sure some casual listens have occurred too from those who weren't familiar with the Jonas Brothers first time round too.

 

They have timed this just right, especially with the interest in Nick's wedding and his wife in the video.

Definitely agree with the casual listeners.

 

I had no interest in JB, but Sucker is fantastic!

Crazy to think Sucker could become the JB's first top 10 hit. Their UK success so far has been very pre-Bangerz Miley.
