For me its always been baby, the rest just kinda annoyed me from what I remember eventhough I loved them, and Emma had waaaaaay better solo material especially the 2nd album

Then again the movie was all about Posh for me, hilarious

ginger in the group cos she was just so iconic and she basically ran the whole thing

baby for solo, ‘maybe’ and ‘’free me’ are such stand outs but she had so many great songs

It’s all about Baby aka Flawless Spice
Flawless Spice aka Baby Spice aka Emma aka Emma Bunton

(Added Sporty to the polls!)

Emma in the group

Such a close run thing between Emma & Melanie C for solo... ended up voting for Melanie though. Northern Star era

erm... both Goin' Down and If That Were Me were terrible B-) Plus, she became really embarrasingly annoying during that time, with fame/success of two singles going to her head very quickly.. Soo...... not really an impeccable era lol

Visually and sonically it was such a varied era which I loved. I actually really liked Goin Down and prefer it to most of music overall.

oh that thing i just said is called my opinion...

i was about 8/9 at the time and the diverse sound of the whole album really got me into different music when i was just used to bubblegum pop. like danny says it was visually and sonically varied, especially for the time. different albums have different effects on people and for me, it was impeccible.

a similar experience, i was 11, Northern Star Era gave me the chance to get closer to more adult/rock/indie music…

P.S. for me Closer and Feel The Sun are masterpieces...

Sporty for group (although Posh is a very close second after the movie)

Sporty for solo (Northern Star also introduced me to different styles of music and made my interests more varied, it's such a massive album for me)

Sporty is in a league of her own
